Terms of Use

TV EVO is a universal remote control app for smart TVs, streaming players, and set-top boxes. It lets you pair a supported device over your local network and control it with a touchpad, D-pad, on-screen keyboard, voice input, volume and channel controls, app shortcuts, and media playback keys. TV EVO is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV manufacturer or platform owner. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe device compatibility.

The Service requires your mobile device and your TV to be connected to the same local network (or to support the relevant pairing method). Availability of specific functions depends on your TV model, firmware, platform restrictions, and network conditions.

• Some manufacturers limit or change remote-control interfaces without notice.
• Certain features (for example voice input or app launching) may not exist on every model.
• We do not guarantee that any particular device or feature will remain supported.

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

• Control only devices you own or are authorized to operate.
• Ensure your use complies with applicable laws and with your network's rules.
• Keep your device and network credentials secure.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt to access the Service or any device in an unauthorized manner.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by applicable law.

Some features may be offered via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase and are handled through the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The Service may interact with third-party devices, platforms, protocols, or APIs. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or devices that are not under our control.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every TV, or that it will meet every specific requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap Node S.A.L will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
